NBA All-Star Game

Bronner Brothers Hair Show Convention

Location: Atlanta, GA - World Congress Center
Comments: This is the world's largest beauty event of its kind. Bronner Brothers haircare products have been a long-standing icon in the Black community for decades. This hair show features free nail and barbering classes, competitions, a Sunday church service, seminars, and exhibitions.

Soul Train Music Awards

Black College Reunion
When: March 30 - April 1, 2007
Location: Daytona Beach, Florida
Comments: Thousands of participants travel to Daytona for some serious concerts, shows, and beach parties. Remember, you must have a Party Pass to attend some of the bigger events.

St. Lucia Island Jazz Festival
When: May 5 - 13, 2007
Location: St. Lucia Island

2007 AAU Boys Basketball Super Regional Championship

Location: Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX
Comments: Many of the nation's top boys basketball players will take the court in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex Memorial Day weekend, hoping to take advantage of their last opportunity to qualify for the AAU Boys Basketball National Championships this summer. HBCU Alumni Cruise

Essence Music Festival
When: July 5, 6, 7, 2007
Location: New Orleans, LA
Comments: The yearly Essence Music Festival has continued to grow in popularity with each passing year, and has become the largest African-American family festival in the country. Featured guests include Mary J. Blige, Lionel Richie, and Beyonce.
