To Jerome Gayle of Cleveland, Ohio, life is like a movie that consists of many acts and several roles. Gayle, who is majoring in the arts at Tri-C (Cuyahoga Community College) in Cleveland, knows he has played many parts in the movie of life. At age 21, his characters have been many and consist of Friend, Companion, Mentor, Athlete, Student, Worker, Cousin, Son, Brother, Nephew, and Father.

Jerome Gayle's closest friends and family know he will continue to be successful and talented. He's a person that strives for perfection in everything that he does and shares the importance of learning. "I take pride in education and I'm always open to learn new things and grow from experiences in arts, athletics, and culture," says Gayle.

While in school, he has maintained an exceptional academic record as well as balancing a healthy social life. All of this while taking care of his responsibilities as a father and son. Jerome works two trade jobs--one as a personal aid in protection and caregiver. But he has plans to do even more after earning his degree.

One plan is to enter the entertainment industry and continues to perfect his craft as a media/theatre major. Jerome loves two of the most physically and mentally challenging sports-- football and wrestling. He has continued his involvement in both sports and balances these activities accordingly.

Jerome Gayle has also had to play other roles that were not originally entrusted to him through direct lineage. Whenever needed, he has been responsible for supporting and providing for his family. Even in his leisure time, you can always find Jerome Gayle in one of his favorite "second homes"--the gym. Health and appearance have always been a priority for Jerome, allowing him to meditate and focus on himself and those closest to him.

Jerome continues to break all stereotypes and preconceived notions of who he is or might be based on his stature, build, color, look, style and overall character. He does this by expressing himself through dress, athletics, performance and academics. "A true man is one that is kind, loving and supportive. Family values have been always been key in life," says Jerome.

Lifelong goals are very important to Jerome Gayle. He wishes to achieve all of his dreams, live a wonderful life and support and care for his family. He even has aspirations to become a member of an elite SWAT (Special Weapons And Tactics) team, which are specialized units found in many law enforcement agencies. Gayle also hopes to be successful in entertainment as he pursues a modeling, acting, and other areas of performance.
