This Job Gets On My Nerves
Lets have it: What are the three things that piss you off the most about your job.

Mine are:

1. Realizing that Im 2x smarter than a few of my coworkers but they make 2x more than I do.

2. A boss that isnt smart but thinks he is.

3. A boss that is unfair.

My job aggravations

1. Not being paid commensurate to my skills. Supporting salestaff that make more money although rely on my help chaps my hide(same are yours Wille6)

2. Boss is cool but executive staff that is clueless about our division and doesn't know how to keep the momentum going in a positive direction.

3. Incorrect delagation of duty. The people who'd be best at fixing errors are the ones who don't have access to much needed tools. Idiotic

4. Great sales training program that is weakened because of a reliance on support staff. Sales learns and then quickly forgets because they just the answers from xx dept. This is nice for newbies but then you better be a sales god then if you don't want to have the knowledge. You must be good at one, product knowledge or sales. People crappy at both chap my hid

5. My monitor. My gawd a 17in crt? Where's my dayum LCD???

6. Lack of training for me. Why am I supposed to be the resource when I get less training than anyone else? Makes no sense.

7. Crappy coffee. I'm not asking for Starbucks but what the "He double hockeysticks" is this stuff?

8. Company functions where your Sig Other isn't invited. Heck I see your mugs enough(co-workers). Gah

9. Overpaid executive staff. Come on you're not 10x better than I am.

10. Low stock price...damn you Wall Street

11. No tuition reimbursement program. WTF???

Willie said three, but like Hmurchison...I have more than that!:

1) A boss man who has less skills than most people in the company.

2) Health insurance monthly payments are TOO damn high.

3) Not being given the proper tools to work with: (They give you $1 tools, but expect million dollar results.)

4) No structured pay raises. Seem to only get evaluations and raises on some exec's whim.

5) Sorry-ass network. It's slow and they have a proxy server setup to ban all the good websites.

6) Stupid non-adjustable ringing volume on my desk phone. It's loud as hell (and cheap), yet they want me to be next to it all day.

7) Not enough fine sistas in my department!!

8) Too much dependence. They depend on you to do everything, but don't want to pay you anything.
