Summer Past Time
I was wondering when a sports area would pop up!

Im actually a pretty big baseball fan (dem Yankees, baby!) but I probably like football a little more. But this is a baseball forum so....

I noticed that Bonds havent jacked any outta the park yet. He didnt look good at all in the series against ATL.

I wonder if all of this steroid stuff is taking its toll on him?

I'm all about that football man.

Bonds though is going to have a rough year. They're watching him like a hawk

Yeah...I saw his special Bonds on Bonds last night. Not too interesting but I guess it gives him a chance to allow the world into his personal life.

I've seen a few games so far this year, but none have been too exciting. No dominant pitchers stand out; no two or three power-hitters are cleaning up; etc.

I guess we should wait a few more weeks for the "real" competition to begin!

I'm a huge baseball fan and I'm so glad it's back!!!!!!!!

Considering the season is so young it's tough to critique Bonds right now. I think his age will have an effect on him moreso than anything else.

My prediction: He'll retire and the end of this year 2nd on the HR list with 725-735

I won't predict a number, but I don't think he cares too much about breaking Hank Aarons record.

I DO believe that he cares about surpassing Babe Ruth's 715! I think he wants to make sure that two Black men surpassed the man who baseball seems to think was the greatest player that ever lived.

But I watched him play against the Dodgers last night and the announcers were talking about the bone chips in his right arm, and how it affects his swing. He still doesn't have any homers and only one RBI.
