New Black Designer on Style Network

Los Angeles, CA - Celebrity Event Planner, William P. Miller (aka W.P.) announces his debut on the Style Network hit television show, Who's Wedding is it Anyway? True Entertainment Production Company who produces the show for the Style Network cast W.P. as a feature event planner for the show in the spring of 2006. W.P. has already taped shows that will air this fall and additional episodes scheduled to air next season. W.P. Miller's appearance will make him the first African American male event planner featured on the style network's hit show, now in its fifth season.

W.P.'s first appearance will premiere on Tuesday, October 31, 2006; multiple airings of this episode are scheduled throughout the entire season. The one hour-long episode will feature W.P. planning the wedding of Dr. Catherine Harrison and Mr. Reynaud Smith. The lavish Los Angeles garden wedding ceremony took place in June 2006 at the historical Allen House that is owned by the renowned First African Methodist Episcopal Church (FAME). The wedding featured a lavender antique theme and more than 150 guests were in attendance. "William easily understood my wedding day dreams and he made them come true," says Dr. Harrison.

W.P. Miller is thrilled to be able to demonstrate his creativity, problem solving and intricate planning details for the Style Network audience. "Planning any wedding or event will have its share of challenges. Overcoming the challenges and delivering an unforgettable affair is always my goal," says Miller who has been called upon by many celebrities including Academy Award winning actress, Mira Sorvino and actors Jenifer Lewis, Sheryl Lee Ralph, George Wallace, Niecy Nash and others.

W.P.'s sense of style, fashion and etiquette has placed his reputation as being among the higher echelon of wedding planners and special event producers worldwide. His versatility and creativity enables him to organize a variety of social gatherings ranging from intimate receptions, fund-raising galas, corporate meetings, lavish celebrity weddings and over the top parties. W.P.'s appearance on the Style Network is a continued commitment to expanding his national client base and the branding of W.P. Miller Special Events (www.wpmillerspecialevents.com).

W.P.'s spectacular events and trend-setting designs have been featured in numerous publications. He has also made appearances on CBS's Entertainment Tonight and Entre Nues. William is often sought after to share his expertise and has been a contributing writer for Brides Noir magazine and facilitated wedding planning panels for The Learning Annex.

W.P. Miller earned a Marketing degree from California State University Long Beach. Prior to his event-planning career, W.P. worked as a Project Manager for United Airlines. He is also the owner of Elcenia's Theme (www.elceniastheme.com), which specializes in custom invitations and greeting cards. He is a native of Chicago and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
